The Service I received exceeded my expectations. Given the joyous occasion of a soldier's return to his family I started making arrangements for my husband's arrival from military duty overseas. I found a listing for Bill's Limousine in the Yellow Pages and called. The staff was extremely patient, flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling the exact pickup time. I must have changed the pickup time at least 3 or 4 times, not only in hours, but days. Louise could not have been nicer. The driver was prompt and pleasant; he even made an unplanned stop for us on the way to the airport. The stretch limousine was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Best of all – to our surprise-they did not charge us for the trip. The comment from Louise was "your husband is giving up so much for his country, the least we can do is give back to you."

Dear Louise,

Excellent service!! We planned a 'Night on the Town' in NYC for a friend. Bill was wonderful - took the time to take us on a great guided tour of the city after dinner. The limo was beautiful. We couldn't have planned it any better! We'll definitely use Bill's Limousine service again and highly recommend others to do the same.
